While participating in a sanctioned and supervised event or traveling directly to or from an event or practice session, the following benefits are available.

Accidental Death and Dismemberment:    Maximum $5000

Aggregate Limit: $50,000 per accident

Accident Medical Expense Benefit- EXCESS

Benefit: $25,000

Deductible: $100

Incurral Period: 90 Days

Maximum Benefit Period: 104 weeks
