The Rules Committee of the IDBF has not made the rule book available online. As most of our friends know, the rulebook is published and distributed to local IDBF districts and officials each year as it becomes available. This year, the book WILL be made available online for members. The expected availablility of this online version is JUNE 1, 2002.
